A scaled up version of the ALTER M 809 with improved observing accessories. The needet improvement for this large Maksutov is an cooling fan on backside of tube and airspacing around cell of meniscuscorrectorlens. This telescope comes also with sitaloptics, but for better imagestability it have the cooling fan working during observing, therefore the magnification can be 2 times higher as without working cooling van. The construction of main thick tube guarantees long safety of high quality telescope optics. The imagequality is similar to 8" Apochromats. Focusing is still made by primary mirror movement with zero image shift. Tube end have still the 2" MEADE/CELESTRON thread.
